Makeup Artist and Hair Designer Ron Wolek is so proficient in preparing people for masquerades that he was once interviewed for the television series “Party Like The Queen Of France” which first started airing in 2012 on National Geographic (NatGeo).

The series takes audiences through two parallel events, centuries apart, and tells the story of Masquerades, one of the world’s most popular and enduring types of party.

In this case, Versailles in 17th century France and Hugh Hefner’s Playboy Mansion in 2011 Beverly Hills, California. Where Ron Wolek was invited to design the wigs for Playboy Bunnies who frolicked through the infamous grotto and danced with masqueraded guests. Fantasy Fest and Key West have earned such reputation that the festival is attended by over 70,000 visitors and known now as the Southernmost Playboy Mansion. This decadence is the start of what is known as the American Riveria, which starts at the Florida Keys and goes up the Gulf of Mexico concluding in New Orleans, Louisiana.
